The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an induction stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, and a coffee machine. The bathroom features a spacious hydro-massage shower cabin, and you'll have a convenient storage room with a washing machine at your disposal. You can adjust the heating according to your preferences. Additionally, it's possible to request a baby cot. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi connection, and television, all included in the price.
The apartment is located in a convenient area, close to all services. The bus station is only 700 meters away, while the train station is 900 meters away. We are just 1.5 kilometers from the fairground (reachable in a 10-minute walk) and only 10 minutes away from the two towers.
Other important information to keep in mind: the apartment is located within Bologna's restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so it is necessary to purchase an access and parking permit at nearby tobacco shops (via del Borgo di San Pietro).
Breakfast is not provided but we always provide our guests with a couple of bottles of fresh water, some coffee pods, tea filters and herbal teas.
